Virtual Series Upcoming: Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for Nervous System Well-Being
Feeling anxious, stressed, or trapped during this uncertain time? Embark on a 3-week journey to discover tools and methods to find ease during this collective pause and embrace change.
Each session will be 75 minutes and will include flowing vinyasa yoga to tire the muscles and increase the heart rate, followed by yin yoga to slow the mind and build mobility and strength through your connective tissues. Additionally, each class will introduce a new method of breathwork or meditation focused specifically on caring for your nervous system.
My goal is that with each session you will leave not only with a greater sense of internal peace, but also with new knowledge of how to enhance mental stability in times of ambiguity.

Each session will be recorded in case life comes up and you have to miss a class. In addition, you will receive a weekly email with further information for reflection based on the weeks prompt. I will email you the Zoom link 48 hours prior to each session.
