Intention

This retreat is an invitation to unplug, laugh, breathe deeply, and come home to ourselves. Surrounded by forest, fresh air, and wide open space, we gather at Nectar to slow down, move our bodies, share good food, and enjoy meaningful connection. This is time to listen inward, be supported by community, and remember the joy of simply being present. Through yoga, nature, and shared experience, we create space for rest, renewal, and genuine connection—leaving feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply nourished.

Daily Schedule

Expect to begin each day with an invigorating Vinyasa flow filled with breath, movement, and joy. Then in the evenings embark on a journey inward for a Yin/Restorative practice to help release tension and process insights of your day.

In between yoga practices find adventure or rest. There will be plenty of free time to explore bowen island, take a hike, schedule a massage, or add on experiences/activities.

Cuisine

Each day, three nourishing meals will be provided and are included in your investment. Nectar Retreat offers nourishing, plant-based meals inspired by Ayurveda, prepared with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. All meals are vegan-adaptable, gluten-free adaptable, and peanut-free, and their kitchen is fish- and meat-free. To view a sample menu, Click Here

Coffee and tea are provided at breakfast, sparkling water and tea at lunch and dinner.

FrankeFlows will provide wine for the group dinners each night, a selection of white and red.

Accommodations at Nectar are cozy, nature-immersed spaces designed for rest and comfort. Both shared and private room options are available.

MIST Thermal Experience

Included for all retreat participants, Mist Thermal Sanctuary is a 90-minute hot-cold contrast circuit.

Mist Circuit Includes:

*Facilities: Outdoor hot/cold shower, wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, fire-warmed rest area

*Guidance: Gentle chimes every 15 minutes support intuitive transitions
